Lukas did pretty well for his first night. He wasn't to sure about going to bed but settled in with his drinking cup and ipod and fell asleep. About 2:15am he woke up needing to go potty. When he came back he decided it was time to look out the window and see the lights and cars. Then it was time to play. We finally got him back to sleep around 4am. Fortunately he slept until almost 8am. The day was spent walking around exploring Taraz and playing in the room. He took his afternoon nap and has been eating well in the room. He LOVES yogurt! When he is ready to eat he goes into the dining room and sits at the table and just waits.
We had a few small melt downs today but all in all I would say things are going well and we are learning to understand each other. He had his first shower and actually seemed to enjoy it. Have to keep it short since the little one takes up a great deal of our time and is waiting for mama to come back with the computer so he can watch a video. Not sure how much actual writing I will be doing on the blog but I will at least post photos.
