While I was attending a conference in Washington, DC today (only 4 blocks from the Kaz Embassy of all places) Wayne's co-workers were stocking Lukas up on all sorts of great things. Thank you all at the Court House for your gracious showering of gifts and well wishes. Your support has been truly appreciated over these last months.
We can't wait to see the expression on his face when he arrives home and sees all his new things. He will be very well dressed and I can't wait to read all the books with him and watch all the videos.
Word from Kazakhstan is that Lukas is doing well and taking his vitamins. We are anxious to return and bring him home. Even with the furniture now in his room and all the toys, books, videos and clothes it won't really sink in until he is actually home with us.
