They are still waiting to submit our dossier and now our local homestudy agency license has expired. We sent off the notarized, authenticated, apostilled papers today. This time I had to go to the Baltimore County Court Clerk for the authentication and then to Annapolis to the SOS, again. It took me 2 hours of driving around Baltimore and Annapolis to spend all of 5 minutes at the court house and the SOS getting signatures.
Needless to say we are getting a bit frustrated at this point and at times just want to throw in the towel. It seems like it is never going to happen for us. Fortunately we haven't both hit the bottom at the same time so when one is down the other tries to keep a positive outlook.
