We headed to the Robey family cabin in West Virginia for the 4th of July weekend. It was Lukas' first time there and he was quite excited upon his arrival to check everything out. Saturday morning we headed to one of the pools in the community for a swim. Naturally Lukas made new friends while at the pool. The lifeguards actually engaged him in a little battle sending him back and forth to squirt the other one. You don't have to ask Lukas more than once to squirt someone with water. After the pool we headed home to have dinner before the fireworks started. It was just a short walk from the cabin to the fareway for a good seat to watch the fireworks. We got there a little early so Lukas had to find ways to amuse himself during the wait. 
Guess the chair wasn't as stable as he thought it was. He just fell out of his chair.

Sunday it was back to the pool and this time daddy joined us. Lukas' swimming is really improving. He was actually brave enough to swim in the deep end.

After a nice nap it was time to bake cupcakes with grandma...ummmm, yummy in the tummy. He looks good in everything he eats.
