It has been dark, overcast and raining off and on today. Not the kind of weather to venture far. We had a lazy morning and then had lunch with the Docters and the new couple who arrived from Spain on Thursday. The couple from Spain is bonding with a 10 month old little girl. They have had the fortunate pleasure of being able to go to Umit yesterday and again this afternoon. They said they did not get a warm greeting yesterday. I don’t know if it will be any better today. We got the impression that they probably weren’t supposed to go but their coordinator took them anyway. It was nice to get acquainted with them and they seemed relieved to have company who speaks English. They speak no Russian and say they don’t speak much English but they do pretty well. We were able to communicate ok at lunch.
After lunch Wayne and I went for a walk just to have something to do. It became somewhat apparent fairly quickly we were evidently on a search for diet pepsi. No luck in that department as our regular store was closed and no one else had diet only regular pepsi.
Since there really isn’t much to report I’ll post some photos from around town and the Bazaar.

Stalls inside, you have to watch out for the carts coming through or you'll get run over and the people just move you out of the way if they want to get by.
You can pretty much buy just about anything you can imagine at the bazaar and then some.

Good evening Lynda and Wayne - just looking through your last few days of postings. If it helps any, it was a rainy and dreary day here today too. We thought about you all on Saturday, we were at the Sheep and Wool festival at the fairgrounds and I thought how much Lukas Anton would have loved seeing all the animals. We also thought about how much I am sure you are ready to come home, even though you will have to leave Lukas for the time being. Nice job on the pictures though...gives us all a taste for what you are doing. A few wishes from Mom C. and I....I think you should take some measurements (with string perhaps) of Lukas Anton from shoulder to waiste, length of leg, waist size, etc. and Mom wants you to make sure you trace his foot on a piece of paper so she can buy him some shoes. Can't tell that we are all planning on going shopping. I am sure Waynes parents are on the hunt as well. We all send our love and prayers. Enjoy your next few days... can't wait to see some more pictures of that precious boy! Lots of love, hugs and kisses from all of us!!!!
